Sitting at a desk all day is terrible for your back and your posture. Between working from home, working from the office and facing closed fitness facilities, you might find your posture has taken a knock.

When you do back exercises, blood flow to your lower back increases which can help with stiffness and back pain. A great exercise to strengthen your back is the superman exercise.

·Lie face down with your toes pointed down and your head on the floor.
·Your arms must be straight out in front of you with your palms facing down.
·Lift your hands and feet off the ground and make sure your
hamstrings, glutes and back are engaged.
·Repeat for ten reps, holding for three seconds each time.
·Remember to pull your shoulders down and back.
