Aerobics: HiLo
This workout includes a combination of high and low impact movements incorporated into a choreographed aerobics routine. Intensity is usually moderate and this workout is usually combined with a core and flexibility focus done on mats towards the end of the routine.

Aerobics: CardioBOX
This is generally a higher intensity workout, combining high and low impact movements in a routine incorporating many boxing and kick boxing movements.

Aerobics: CardioFIT
This workout has an aerobic base, includes mat and core exercises, but not the boxing movements. This workout is generally moderate to high in intensity and great for men or women who want to improve their general fitness and increase fat loss results.

Aerobics: Body Art
In these workouts Jo combines a Pilates base with many other interesting and exciting forms of conditioning. Definitely a very unique class recommended especially for ladies.

Aerobics: Power Fit
This is a great fitness workout incorporating certain power movements within a choreographed fitness routine. Core and abdominal conditioning is included in these workouts too.

Aerobics: Go Solo
In these classes Solene combines effective toning, strengthening and fitness exercises to create a fun yet intense full body workout. These classes are recommended for anyone seeking improved fitness and body tone.

Zumba
Come and join the party! Zumba is the latest fusion of Latin and International music that will target every major muscle in the body due to its specific beats, tempo changes and workout transitions. Suitable for all with lots of smiling guaranteed!

Pilates
By training the body as a whole, not in independent parts, our classes will sculpt a longer, leaner looking body, improve posture, increase flexibility and prevent injury. In fact many would say that Pilates is the best kept secret in fitness.

Yoga
Yoga at our Gym will transform your body, mind and spirit. No matter what your experience on the mat, instructors will guide you through a class that – although gentle – will strengthen your core, improve your flexibility and provide a relaxing, quiet and stress-free environment.

Studio Cycling (Spinning)
Get ready for a fast-paced, music fuelled session for all fitness levels that focuses on anaerobic (strength) and aerobic exercise. For those of you who want to blast calories, tighten your core and tone your legs, thighs and bum at the same time, this is for you.
