Not sure how to finish your workout on a good note? A drop set burner is the perfect solution.

A drop set is a simple and effective way to work a targeted muscle to the max ensuring that you feel the burn and walk out of the gym, or living room, with a great workout under the belt.

Any shoulder movement can be used with this technique. Start with a weight that’s 90% of your max and do as many reps as you can. Once done, take a lighter weight and do the same. After each set of max reps, you drop to a lighter weight until you’ve reached the lightest one. Pretty soon 5kgs will feel like 25kgs!
