When your forearms are conditioned, you have a strong grip. The major forearm muscles needed to pick up anything from your teacup to your child, are the flexor and extensor muscles. If they’re weak, you’ll drop things more than you should.

You use your arms for almost everything you do. They need to be conditioned and looked after for you to get through your day and avoid injury. A great exercise to strengthen your arms is the plank walk-up. It’ll also engages and strengthens your core.
