Inspire to move
Give your child a leg-up

Growing up is tough enough as it is. Are you doing everything you can to boost your child’s physical development?

Children develop at a rapid rate, especially from their toddler years, throughout their teens. It can be tough to keep up. Exercise and movement is great way to boost development, promote heart health, strengthen bones and develop muscles. Our group classes are a great way to boost your child's confidence and development.

Between the ages of 6 and 17 children should ‘move’ for a minimum of 60 minutes a day. This can include swimming, dancing, walking the dog or even chores like gardening. This can also be a combination of more than one activity.

Stay fit together

Make sure your child is getting the help they need to keep up with their classmates. We’ll help you find a fun way to keep you and your kids healthy and active.
