Move it and lose it

Every person exercising has different motivation for their workout routine. However, there is one variable that is the same for us all. We all need to move to reach our goals.

The best thing to do if you want to start seeing results, is to just start moving! It doesn’t have to be specialised movements or free-weight training. It could be walking on the treadmill, 20 minutes on the bike or pumping out a few reps on a circuit machine. Getting your body moving and using your muscles is the first step to seeing the results you’re after. Once you’ve been moving for a while, you’ll start to realise that your body is capable of more than you think.
