It might seem scary, but taking action is the best thing you can do to take back control of your life. Once you’ve started to build momentum, before you know it, your resolutions will be a reality.

Simply start with a short workout every second day and take it from there. If you don’t take action, you’ll be making the same resolution in January 2023.
