What to expect when you’re expecting
Spin it out

The issue with cycling during pregnancy isn’t getting on your bike, it’s falling off. You don’t want to put you or your baby in harm's way. That’s why spinning is perfect.

Spinning indoors won't only assure your safety, it’s the perfect low impact exercise to get your heart pumping and blood flowing. Remember to go at a pace that’s comfortable so that you don’t over do it.

Remember as your pregnancy progresses and your center of gravity changes, make sure your handlebars are set up high enough to support your back. Spinning just 20 – 30 minutes 2 – 3 times a week can help keep you and your baby healthy throughout your pregnancy.

Just keep spinning

Even if you don't have a spinning bike at home, let us help you navigate your pregnancy with the right exercise routine for you and your baby to do from home. Your safety and health is our priority.
