Squat for strength

You may assume that the squat is a bad exercise for your knees, but the opposite is true. Squatting is good for your knees. Think about it, the main function of your knee is to bend, and a squat allows just that.

If you have old knee injuries, avoid deep squats and loaded squats. A half squat is an excellent exercise to strengthen your knees (without strain) and you’ll be strengthening your hamstrings, glutes and quadriceps at the same time! Our personal trainers can help you. If you have knee pain, remember to consult a doctor or physio.
