Stretch it out

Sitting at a desk all day can cause serious damage to your hip flexors. Not stretching and exercising them with movement causes them to shorten and weaken which could hamper your walking. Even worse, if you’re sitting with poor posture, you could even develop poor spine health.

Make sure you’re moving often. Even if it is to walk around the office, around the house, or take the stairs instead of a lift. The more you move, the stronger your muscles will become. When you’re watching tv after a busy day, do some stretching to get your muscles strong and flexible.

Make sure you’re moving and stretching enough during the day so that your muscles are strong and supple.
