If you sit for longer than 3 hours a day, your glutes and larger leg muscles weaken and even begin wasting away. What are you doing to make sure that isn’t your reality?


You need to stretch and exercise regularly, particularly if your job involves sitting in-front of a computer. You need to move every 45 minutes at least if you’re sitting for longer than 2 hours at a time. The good news is, you can even stretch at your desk.
