Swing it

Without well-developed back and spinal muscles, you won't be able to stand, lift or walk.

Your extensor muscles are attached to the back of your spine. These also include your lower back muscles (erector spinae), which keep your spine upright and connect to your glutes. When these muscles are weak, they cause back pain and injuries. The kettlebell swing is a great way to strengthen your lumbar extensors, glutes, and hamstrings.
