The perfect posture
Work your butt off

Doing daily chores and moving around engages more muscles than you think. A combination of strong muscles makes it easier. Are the muscles you need as strong as they should be?

Your glute muscles (made up of your gluteus medius and minimus, gluteus maximus and your piriformis) have a huge role to play in helping you move. Your glutes give you the ability to rotate from your thighs and provide a solid foundation for lower body support and stabilization.

When your glutes are engaged and strong, they help stabilise your lower body, so you can control your movements. A great exercise to strengthen your glutes is the standing glute kickback. If you want more of a challenge, add a resistance band. Remember it’s important to keep this movement stabilised and controlled.

Stronger glutes, stronger you

Make sure your major glute muscles are engaged to make your life easier. We’re here to help assess your glute strength and get you strengthened and conditioned. It’s never too late.
